Has anybody else noticed that all the Christian preachers are covered in solid gold jewelery and expensive suits. Like gold rings and gold bracelets and chains etc and there preaching to help the poor and needy. I just don’t get it. Aren’t preachers supposed to be poor.
Not all are like that but there are the exceptions that run their church like a business and charge members stipends for going there. They get this money tax free which is why we atheist have bumper stickers that say "tax the churches".
I could never figure out why these churches need such huge cathedrals,millions in broadcast technology and expensive cars,jets and the like to preach the word of Jeezus when Jesus himself did not need all of that to spread his gospel.

9 karat? Thats about as cheap as it gets. Why don’t they just call it stained steel?

It isn’t marked with 10k, 14k etc., It has 417 on one side which I learned is the European mark for 10k gold. On the other side it says GS HR. Does this mean it’s gold shell? like plated or something? I was told it was solid gold not filled or plated at the store but would it have the 417 marking for 10k gold on there at all if it’s just gold shell? Does most gold jewelry that’s plated or whatever have a mark showing the kind of gold used(10,12,14k) as well as a mark showing it’s plated or filled? I am so confused.
You are correct in saying that 417 is 10K, it contains 41.67% gold. The 417 is a common gold hallmark for fine estate jewelry and contemporary vintage jewelry.
As far as the GS HR, since it is on the other side, and away from the 417 that would most likely be the maker’s mark and nothing to do with the purity of it. But sorry, I have exhausted my resources to find out who "GS HR" is
