Depending on where you live it may be illegal to call anything less than 10K "jewelry". It is against the law almost everywhere to misrepresent the purity of a gold object.
You might look up some jewelry wholesalers. Unfortunately, it is not inexpensive. Spot prices of gold are about $37/gram, and a gram doesn’t weigh very much. 10K and 14K are cheaper than that if spot is $37/g, than 14 K should go for $21.58/g and 10K would go for $15.41/g.

Yes.
375 is 9ct; 585 is 14ct; 750 is 18ct; 916 is 22ct; 990 or 999 is 24ct.
Only solid items are hallmarked. Plated items are not (unless they are silver gilt, when they get a silver mark)
